SYNOPSIS
Arturo Persona, Italy’s most famous impersonator, has reached the apex of his career. To crown his popular success he is offered the opportunity to present the country’s first ever colour television broadcast, which will feature his imitation of the prime minister. As if he were modified and distorted in a kaleidoscope, Arturo uses his versatile voice and constantly changing appearance to transform himself into hundreds of different characters, but the more brilliant his perfect imitations become the more drastically he loses touch with himself and those he loves. Will he fall victim to the rules imposed by his own success, or will he be able to find himself again and break free from all his masks and imitations?
